As you are already aware, the End of Year Celebration will take place on Friday, 12th June, starting at 18h30. This year’s theme will be “Festival for all”.
Students will remain under the responsibility of their teachers until the beginning of the event. At the end of their performance, they will be handed over to their parents/guardians.
Parents and families will be allowed to enter the school from 17h15 onwards, and no seat reservations will be required. However, access to the event area will only be permitted from 18h15.
At the end of the performances, there will be a shared snack gathering and several stalls featuring traditional games and activities.
To help with the organisation of the event, we kindly suggest the following contributions for the shared snack (to be brought either by the students during the morning or by parents/guardians at the end of the afternoon on Friday). We would also like to highlight that all families are warmly invited to share foods representative of their culture, whether sweet or savoury, enriching this moment of togetherness and cultural diversity.
In this way, we suggest the following organisation:
- Nursery and Pre-School: juices/soft drinks
- Primary and Lower Secondary: savoury snacks/cold meats
- Upper Secondary: sweets/desserts
As usual, there will be no school transport service on this day. Students will be provided with a light meal before the event and will remain under the responsibility of their teachers or educators until the end of their presentation.
We look forward to celebrating the end of another school year together in an atmosphere of sharing, joy, and interculturality.
Kind regards,
.
