We would like to inform you that a fire drill involving the complete evacuation of the building will take place on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 15h30.
For your information and peace of mind, we would like to inform you that:
- The evacuation of the building will take place at the third alarm (two short beeps interrupted by a pause and a third prolonged beep);
- All materials will be left behind at the time of departure;
- Each class will leave the room in an orderly manner, with the class representative/head/student designated by the teacher at the front and the teacher at the rear, ensuring that no one is left behind (in the case of Nursery and Pre-School, the assistant will go at the front and the teacher at the rear). In the case of the Nursery (Berçário, C1 and C2), there will also be additional support;
- The evacuation routes marked in the school will be followed and those present will be directed to the meeting point (synthetic field). Once there, the number of students present in the school will be checked;
- Those responsible for each class will inform the evacuation coordinator of how many students they have and if anyone is missing;
- At the meeting point, those present will gather in the area corresponding to their classroom number;
- Those present will leave the meeting point after receiving instructions from the Safety Officer.
Below, you will find further information provided to our staff to ensure that this exercise runs as smoothly as possible.
During the exercise, no one will be permitted to enter or leave the school.
