As you know, the End of Year Party will be held on Friday the 13th of June in the school’s covered field, starting at 18h30.
The students will be under the responsibility of their teachers until the party begins. At the end of their performance, they will be handed over to their parents.
Parents and families are only authorised to enter the school from 17h15, and there is no need to reserve seats to attend the party, but access to the grounds will only be available after 18h15.
At the end of the show there will be a convivial snack where delicacies will be shared.
In order to better organise ourselves, we suggest the following contributions to parents and guardians (which should, if possible, be brought in by students first thing in the morning or by parents and guardians late on Friday afternoon):
- Pre-School, 1st and 2nd Cycles, Primary e Lower Secondary: Savoury snacks and/or cold meats;
- Nursery and 3rd Cycle: Sweets/Desserts;
- Secondary Education: Juices/Sodas.
As usual, there will be no transport service on this day. The students will be served food before the performance and will be under the responsibility of their teachers or carers until the end of the performance.
