We would like to inform you of the new method for paying invoices on the e-Community platform:
“We have some news regarding how you pay your invoices!
From now on, you can pay your invoices via Homebanking on e-Community or directly from the invoice you receive by email – simply, quickly and securely, straight through your bank’s app.
With this new option, you do not need to enter Multibanco references, IBANs or other payment details.
How does it work?
It’s very simple:
1. Select the invoice
Log in to e-Community, go to your current account and select the invoice you wish to pay, or open the invoice you received by email.
2. Pay via Homebanking
Select the “Pay via Homebanking” option.
3. Open your bank’s app
You’ll be redirected straight to the app of the bank you usually use.
4. Confirm the payment
Confirm the transaction in your bank’s app.
5. It’s paid!
The payment is processed immediately and the invoice is automatically updated on e-Community.
No cards. No reference numbers. No hassle.
This new payment method has been developed to make the process simpler and more convenient for parents and guardians, allowing them to make digital payments via a direct and secure bank-to-bank transfer.“
