Halloween

two lighted jack-o-lanterns during night time

Halloween is coming up and we want to give our students a special day once again. This event will be celebrated at our school with the following activities:

COSTUMES:

Since the students will be involved in the school cross-country race in the morning, students who want to wear Halloween costumes should bring them separately to change into after lunch.

Students who don’t bring a costume should change into their everyday uniform. All students who are not involved in the planned activities must follow the usual timetable.

ACTIVITIES

Masquerade Ball

 The Halloween Masquerade Ball will be held in the Gymnasium for nursery, pre-school, primary and secondary school students, in a spooky space with music and lots of fun.

 Haunted Corridor

 In the Auditorium, the Grade 11 A/B/C students will be organizing the Haunted Corridor so that their 3rd cycle and secondary school classmates can visit the creepy atmosphere and get a few scares.

Jack o’Lantern competition

 Everyone is invited to take part in the Jack o’Lantern Contest and bring their own creepy Halloween pumpkin until October 28th (inclusive). But beware! To avoid food waste, we ask that you avoid real pumpkins.

 DECORATION:

 In addition to the usual spooky decorations in the school, you can also:

  • Visit the exhibition of work by 6th grade students, made as part of the English and Visual Education subjects, on the themes “Halloween / Symbology and meaning of color”;
  • Take part in the Jack o’Lanterns competition, which will be on display throughout the week;
  • See the spooky Halloween illustrations made by the students in the cafeteria.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

.
