We would like to inform you that we are aware of the situation concerning the air conditioning system and the difficulties it has been causing in the classrooms.
Resolving this issue is proving to be more time-consuming than initially anticipated because, after a more detailed assessment, it was concluded that the equipment had sustained more significant damage than was originally identified, requiring a more complex intervention.
We fully understand the impact that temperature conditions can have on the well-being and comfort of our students, as well as on the normal delivery of teaching and learning activities. In this regard, we would like to assure you that every effort is being made to resolve the situation during the current academic year as soon as the necessary conditions for the intervention are in place.
In the meantime, we will seek to minimise the impact of this situation as much as possible by ensuring that classrooms remain well-ventilated and by adopting measures to reduce heat gain, including keeping the curtains closed during periods of greatest sun exposure.
