In view of the fact that a case of pediculosis appeared in a Year 3 student, we would like to inform you and ask for your special attention and cooperation in order to minimise possible contagion.
As there are no effective means of preventing lice, not even rigorous hygiene or frequent washing can protect children from these parasites, it is important to consult your pharmacy, possibly extending the treatment to all members of the family and carrying out a general disinfestation of clothes.
