As you know, the Christmas Party will take place on Friday, December 12th, at the School Gymnasium, starting at 18h00.
The students will remain under the responsibility of the teachers until the start of the party. At the end of their performance, they will be handed over to their parents.
Parents and families are only allowed to enter the school after 17h00, and there is no need to reserve seats to attend the Party.
At the end of the show, there will be a social gathering where Christmas delicacies will be shared.
To help us organise ourselves better, we suggest that Parents/Guardians make the following contributions (which should be brought in, if possible, by students first thing in the morning or by Parents/Guardians at the end of the afternoon on Friday):
- Pre-School, 1st and 2nd Cycles, Primary: Savoury snacks and/or cold meats;
- Nursery, 3rd Cycle and Lower Secondary: Sweets/Desserts;
- National Secondary and Upper Secondary: Juices/Soft drinks.
As usual, there will be no transport service on this day. Students will be served a snack before the show and will remain under the responsibility of their respective teachers or educators until the end of the presentation.
This year, our Christmas Party will also have a charitable aspect. With this in mind, we invite all families to participate in a campaign to collect non-food items, such as toys, clothing, or school supplies, with the aim of supporting a charity. The school will be transformed into a real Christmas Village, with several stalls set up to receive your donations. We would be grateful if you could bring any items you no longer need, which are in good condition, to the school by the day of the Christmas Party.
We are counting on everyone’s cooperation to make this Christmas more special for those who need it most.
