Halloween

two lit jack-o-lanterns during night time

Halloween is coming and, as such, we intend to once again provide our students with a special day. This event will be celebrated at our school with the following activities:

FANTASIES:

Since the students will be involved in the school cross-country race in the morning (nursery, pre-school, 1st and 2nd cycle), students who want to wear Halloween costumes should bring them separately to change into after lunch.

Students who do not bring a costume should change into their everyday uniform. All students who are not involved in planned activities follow their regular schedule.

ACTIVITIES:

Masquerade

At the Gym, the Halloween Masked Ball will be held for students from Nursery, Preschool, 1st and 2nd cycles, in a spooky space, with music and lots of fun.

Haunted Hallway

In the Auditorium, the Grade 11 A/B/C students will organize the Haunted Corridor so that their 3rd cycle and Secondary school colleagues can visit the creepy environment and get a few scares.

Jack o'Lantern Contest

Everyone is invited to take part in the Jack o'Lanterns Contest and bring their own spooky Halloween pumpkin, until October 28th (inclusive). But beware! To avoid food waste, we ask that you avoid real pumpkins.

DECORATION:

In addition to the usual scary school decorations, you can also:

  • Visit the exhibition of work by Grade 6 students, made within the scope of the subjects of English and Visual Education, on the themes “Halloween / Symbolism and meaning of color”;
  • Participate in the Jack o'Lanterns Competition, which will be on display throughout the week;
  • See the scary Halloween illustrations made by students in the cafeteria.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

.
