We would like to inform Parents and Guardians that students attending the 2025nd Cycle in the 2026/2 school year may apply for this support from the Ministry of Education, provided they fulfil the requirements., delivering the following documents, until the 31st of January 2026, in our Administrative Services:
- Proof of the household, authenticated by the Parish Council (Attached to this document);
- Photocopy of the 2024 IRS Declaration and the settlement statement with details;
- Photocopy of the 2024 IRS Settlement Notice;
- If there are expenses for purchasing your own home, add Bank Declaration showing the same address as the household's proof form and this must mention exclusively “settlement of expenses for the acquisition of Own Permanent Housing”.
- Term of responsibility (Attachment to this document).
The amounts of support from the Ministry of Education are:

The formula for calculating capitation is as follows: RC = [R-(C+I+H+S)] / (12*N)
- R = Gross household income (made up of all income earned in any capacity, by all members of the household);
- C = total contributions paid;
- I = total taxes paid based on the constant value (line 21 or 22) of the 2024 IRS settlement statement (net tax);
- H = housing costs up to a maximum amount of €2.095,00;
- S = health care costs, based on the amount shown in the 2024 IRS tax return (Annex H, Table 6 C, Fields 651 and 652) or the IRS settlement statement with details for 2024;
- N by the number of household elements.
